What’s involved in a service
Air conditioning units require regular servicing. When we install a system, we provide you with Maintenance Instructions and will explain the basic service needs of the unit and show you how you can do this.
On a ducted system we recommend you replace the filter media at least every 3 years.
On a split system we recommend you have the fan on the indoor unit defouled at least every 5 years.
We recommend you clean the filters (ducted and split) in your system every 6 months to ensure the machine operates effectively and cost efficiently. Ensuring the care of your system will increase its longevity and save you money in unwanted and avoidable repairs.

Terms and Conditions of a warranty service call:
For all service call outs relating to a warranty issues, a service call fee of $150 will be quoted on booking. Once the technician has confirmed a warranty issue the service call out fee will be waived. If issues are deemed not in relation to warranty, a service call fee of $150 will be charged. This includes the first 1 hour on site. Any parts required will be at an additional charge. All works are subject to Global Heating & Airconditioning Terms & Conditions of sale.
